100 points Identification
Birth Certificate or Current passport
Drivers Licence issued by an Australian State of Territory; Identification card issued to public employee or issued by the Commonwealth State or Territory Government; or card issued to a student at tertiary institution.
Medicare Card, Credit card and/or Epos Card
Documents with name and address – utility bill, record or statement s from a financial institution on or council rate notice.
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
Certificate 3 in Community Services in Australia
